Sales Manager 1

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, electronics-related major

2. 2+ years of experience in selling electron components; familiar with semiconductor industry

3. Familiar with electron industry, know products such as consumer electronics, industrial control and vehicle electronics, and application of power chip, operational amplifier, and MOS pipe

4. Those with industry key customers or brand oem/odm customer resources preferred

5. Responsible for internal operation of the Sales Department, including plan formulation, personnel allocation, progress control, and summary

6. Assist the Sales Supervisor in setting sales targets, sales mode, sales strategy, sales budget and reward & punishment plans

7. Establish and manage sales team, and work together with team members to accomplish sales target

8. Provide R&D suggestions on new products from the perspective of markets and customer demands.
